Fund Development Certificate Program

Become a more effective fundraiser with the knowledge, skills, and resources you gain from the Fund Development Certificate program.  

Apply What You Learn
Help your organization meet its philanthropic goals and benefit from an in-depth understanding of effective fundraising through this highly interactive program that takes a practical approach to learning.  Apply your learning to case studies, exercises and discussion of your own experiences.

Tailor Your Learning Experience
Select three modules in addition to three required modules to earn your certificate. Six of the eight modules must be completed to receive the certificate.

CFRE-Approved
Coursework is Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE) approved. Coursework is aligned with competencies required for the CFRE exam. 

Offered in Partnership with Continuing Education and Community Engagement at University of Wisconsin-Parkside.

Build a deep capacity for fundraising at your nonprofit with this interactive program that takes a practical approach to learning. Earn the Fund Development Certificate by taking all required modules (*) plus three electives – or take just the modules you need. Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE)–approved, aligned with competencies required for CFRE exam. Learn more about program here

MODULE 2*: BOOTCAMP Telling Your Story and Making the Ask: Developing the Case for Support

MODULE 3*: Creating A Sizzling, Executable Fund Development Plan
Friday, November 18 ~  8:30 a.m –2:30 p.m.

Building a Culture of Philanthropy and the Secrets of Stewardship
