Networking + Events
We're a natural convener for the sector and foster relationships between members as well as with key institutions (businesses, local government, and philanthropists) to reduce duplication of efforts and build capacity for collective action.
- Leaders Circles - Small cohort groups with a common roles, e.g., nonprofit executives or human resource directors. Confidential and comfortable environment for discussion, peer-to-peer resource sharing, problem solving and professional development.
- Advocacy - Regular events with elected officials and support identifying civic engagement opportunities.
- Holiday Giving Tree - We help businesses and organizations give over 13,000 gifts each year to our Member organizations with those in need.
- Volunteer Celebration - Each year, this event highlights individuals and groups who have performed outstanding volunteer service within their respective communities over the past year.
- Fun Member Networking Events - We understand the power of connecting nonprofits to each other. Recent events include a tour of Stone Creek Coffee Factory, a happy hour at Bounce Milwaukee, and Nonprofit Night at Shakespeare in the Park.
